Trade Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order: Minimum order quantities apply. Please contact us for details specific to your account.
Pricing: Trade pricing is available to approved accounts. Pricing is exclusive of GST and subject to change. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment Terms: Approved accounts may be eligible for net 21-day payment terms. New accounts are required to pay upfront until a trading history is established.
Delivery: We deliver Australia-wide. Freight costs are calculated at the time of order. Free freight thresholds may apply for qualifying orders.
Returns: Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced or credited. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on trade orders.
Pricing Confidentiality: Trade pricing is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties or used for retail resale without prior written agreement.
