Rohan Scott is a Melbourne winemaker who was first introduced to the industry whilst working in his family’s pub, The Rose Hotel, Fitzroy in the 90’s. After viticulture and winemaking studies, and vintages spent in Rutherglen, Glenrowan and Napa Valley USA, Ro worked at several leading wineries before launching his own label in 2004.

Undoubtedly influenced by his publican parents Dave and Glenda, Ro’s every intention from the outset has been to produce high-quality wines that are affordable. Premium wines that are not flashy. Wines that are regional and authentic, high quality and technically sound that you would be happy to drink anywhere, any time. 

After a four-year hiatus, Scott’s Wine Store has returned in 2026 with an expanded selection of wines from old and new vineyards, including Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Shiraz with more varieties on the way.
